We really love this T.V. The picture is so clear & bright that you can tell the color of everyone's eyes and background items clearly. We ordered this T. V. through Amazon.com and were unsure as to what we would be getting. We did not see this item in person, but heard that Vizio had a great clear picture, so we ordered it because it was on sale at Amazon.com. Our order went right through and Amazon responded to our order by e-mail, informing us that delivery would be on a certain day by a certain carrier. Delivery was free. It came delivered right into our house on the day indicated. The delivery person brought it into the house, unpacked it, and checked it out to make sure that it worked and no damage was done. We were really pleased at how our order was handled by Amazon, and how fast our order was processed. I would order again from Amazon.com without hesitation.
